Focus Groups UK [FGUK] is an online database of people's personal contact, occupation and interest details, all of which have been supplied to FGUK by the applicants own volition, for the sole purpose of taking part in market research projects and associated activities.

1. All projects and associated activities are entered into strictly at the discretion of the applicant, and no under no circumstances will the aforementioned details be passed on, or sold, to any other company, organisation, individual, or institution without prior written consent from the applicant themselves.
2. Applicants agree to being contacted either by email or telephone, for no other purpose other than the notification of matters pertaining to research projects or associated activities.
3. Application to, and membership of, the FGUK database is completely free.
4. No notice period is required from the applicant to be removed from the FGUK database, and no charges for removal from the FGUK database are incurred.
5. Applicants are protected by the Market Research Society's code of conduct, and are fully compliant with the strict confidentiality of the information that they may be party to when participating in market research projects and associated activities. 6. Applicants are fully prepared to sign confidentiality agreements to protect any third party client's interests, when and where necessary.
7. I accept that FGUK can withdraw my application at any time without reason.
